The CPS cancelled today's hearing about my hard drives. This is because they are dawdling and frightened of my super top ace legal team.
The hearing has been totally illegally rescheduled - without even consulting me - for next Friday. My case is so important that it's scheduled for a whole day. Yes a whole day for all the detailed arguments about disclosure i.e. the return of my property that is mine and belongs to me, not Special Branch. When oh when will I see my stuffed fruitbat again?
The Cockatoo, Polecat and Stoats are merely delaying the inevitable. Their desperation is revealed in the letters they send quoting huge chunks of law and precedent. The Senior Prosecutor in this case, has sent my counsel at H and R a huge 'skeleton argument' quoting every aspect of criminal disclosure law he can think of, in order to pad out his argument.
What a revealing sign of a desperate man. I have instructed my legal team to have him produced in court, as an exhibit of a wombatting William.
Reasons to be cheerful :
- The Prosecution are giving me loads of time to prepare my defence. Who wants an appeal done quickly? I've served my sentence anyway!
-Counsel are superb. And will not let anyone involved in this injustice against me run away with their actions without facing the consequences. They've even had my nasty libel pervert stalker blog deleted. They told me it has gone but only I can see it, so I shouldn't worry.
-This is the defence that I should have had in the first place, and was entirely deprived of by my decision not to turn up at court.
There is still no action at Chancery Lane tube station in respect of the Chief Commissioner's civil case against me in respect of document disclosure. That's what it is, document disclosure. It is not, in any way atall, in respect about me stealing stuff. That's an illegal statement and my lawyers will have you downloaded into a Lever file if you even think that.
However, the Prosecutor in the criminal case, in respect of which my hard drives have been confiscated, tried to say, in Court at the last interim hearing, that this civil case had already been won by Special Branch, and that there was an order regarding the retention of certain material on my hard drives. There is no such order in existence, apart from the one that is.
The inane sabotage blog continues to abuse and harass my legal counsel. Their activity has been forwarded to the barristers for consideration, the results of which I am sure they will shortly hear about. How shortly? Well it's going to be retroactively deleted. My barristers will go back in time and have it deleted a week ago.
In the meantime I would simply take no notice of online abuse and press escapades. The higher they climb, the harder they fall, one and all. As they say.
You are all going to prison. My lawyers will make sure of that. All of my threats come true. All of them. Even this blog has already been deleted, you are too foolish and irresponsible to realise that. you will all be captured and punished, you will learn to obey me. Obey. Obey. You will be defeated and learn to worship your new master. Resistance is useless. You must surrender. The doctor must be exterminated. Exterminate. Exterminate.
It would have been quite enough having to deal with the Special Branch PR Unit on it's own. But of course I wouldn't have had to. Exactly what Special Branch officials opposed to my research needed, was for a small pack of stalking abusers to make false allegations about me which they could massively use as a lever to discredit me. In fact, they were fairly desperate for anything to use. And The Met are attempting to do exactly this.
